Dustin Lynch addresses and clarifies the rumors suggesting a romantic involvement between himself and Lindsay Hubbard, known for her appearance on the reality show ‘Summer House.
Dustin Lynch’s Response: Defusing the Lindsay Hubbard Dating Rumors
Lynch, 39, exclusively told Us Weekly that rumors often circulate. “We’ve been through years of this stuff,” he mentioned ahead of hosting the Dustin Lynch Pool Situation party at the Margaritaville Hotel Nashville during CMA Fest, which began on Thursday, June 6.
He added, “We’re good pals. I’m excited. She recently got a house here in Nashville that’s thriving. She’s also forming new connections in this city. I’ve never been part of the Bravo world, but experiencing that fan base is overwhelming. It truly opens up a new world of possibilities. Trust me… it’s like opening a huge can of worms.”
The country singer mentioned to Us that although he’s “not afraid of dating,” he hasn’t found Mrs. Right yet. (Lynch and model Kelli Seymour ended their relationship in 2021.)
I enjoy participating in various events with a partner, and having a reliable plus one is crucial,” he expressed. “I miss that, so I’m actively searching for it. Having a consistent date for such occasions would be wonderful.”
Lynch and Hubbard, 37, initially ignited dating speculation in November – roughly three months after her ex-fiancé and fellow Summer House costar Carl Radke canceled their wedding in August. The intense exchange between the exes was shown on the season 8 finale of the enduring Bravo show, broadcasted in late May.
Last November, a source told Us that Lynch and Hubbard are not dating, and mentioned that they are part of the same friend group in Nashville.
In that month, Hubbard sparked rumors by suggesting she had flirted with Lynch. When Nick Viall noted that the “Party Mode” singer was single during her podcast appearance on “The Viall Files,” she playfully responded, “He says hi, by the way.”

During a September 2023 appearance on Viall’s podcast, Lynch explained why he avoids dating people who are already part of his social circle.
I have intentionally avoided dating anyone in Nashville to prevent gossip within social circles. I prefer to stay away from that world. Long-distance relationships have provided me comfort, where I take two weeks off and then spend three or four days with someone, experiencing pure joy, before missing them again.
